What her photos show
I reviewed all 240 posts on @erinsharesherfood (July 17, 2024 to October 16, 2026) from the photos alone, since the posts have no captions. I left out restaurant plates, takeout, packaged snacks and drinks. The recipes in her recipe box are my versions of what each photo shows, not her exact recipes.

I sorted these by eye from the photos. The posts have no captions, so the counts are approximate.
Habits that show up again and again
Sauce piped in lines across the top
Mayo on the poke bowls, sour cream on the chili and taco salads. She finishes a lot of dishes with a sauce zig-zagged across the top.
Scallions to finish
Scattered over poke bowls, salmon and rice, loaded potatoes and egg dishes.
Avocado on a lot of things
Toast, bowls, tacos, chili, burgers, seared tuna.
Shredded parmesan on pasta
Almost every pasta gets a pile of shredded or shaved parmesan, and garlic toast often comes on the side.
Bowls, with toppings
A base (rice, lettuce or grains), a protein, then layers of toppings. This is the most common shape of meal across all two years.
Runny eggs
Fried or jammy eggs on toast, hash browns, English muffins and avocado.
